Responsibilities:
The Americas Supervisory Analyst (SA) team consists of 11 members, providing 6-day, 24-hour coverage for US and LatAm research. The SAs support the top-ranked (by Institutional Investor) US Equity and Fixed Income research teams, and the top 3–ranked LatAm Equity and Fixed Income teams. We also provide global support to our SA teams based in the UK, Hong Kong, and Japan.
- Provide supervisory review of US/LatAm Equity, Fixed Income (including Corporate Credit, Economics, Commodities, Technical Analysis, Securitized Products, FX and Rates) and Equity Derivative Research
- Ensure research complies with FINRA and firm guidelines, including watch list review and applying appropriate disclosures
- Multitask in a busy environment and review a variety of products: notes, in-depth company initiations, quick-take alerts, industry reports, blast emails, models, and PowerPoint presentations
- Edit research when required to bring up to quality and control standards
- Work with analysts and associates to reinforce business rules, regulatory guidelines, and look and feel standards
Requirements:
- NYSE Series 16 qualified
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Supervisory Analyst, preferably in an equity research department.
- Focused, articulate, commercially minded
- Presentation and writing skills must be excellent
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Hours and location: This position is for US evening shift coverage, 6pm-3am (ET); remote working with some potential office-based training opportunities.
