Position: 6 Months Contract Asia Fixed Income Market Sale Support Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales trade capture accuracy in risk management systems
- Trade allocation in risk management systems in accordance to client requests
- Close partnership with various teams globally such as Trade Support, Sales Support, Legal, Confirmations & Settlements and Technology to address issues and develop business solutions
- Perform controls on pre-trade approval process for structured debt issuance
- Trade lifecycle support for structured debt issuance, such as coupon calculation and option expiries event monitoring
- Query management from sales, clients and various stakeholder groups
- Participate in regional and global projects with focus on process improvements and driving new digital initiatives and agenda
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sales middle office operations or client service functions
- Strong knowledge of Asia local markets and working experience in fixed income products or notes issuance handling
- Proactive with initiative to drive business solutions
- Good analytical skills, due diligence and attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities
- Able to multi-task and work in very fast-paced and demanding environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including senior executives, managers and subject matter experts
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and having the ability to pick up complex systems architecture easily
- A self-motivated individual, able to deliver with minimal supervision whilst working effectively in a team
